# Artifact Capture Plan

Purpose: replace placeholder proof blocks with real screenshots, raw outputs, and project evidence.

## Capture targets

### AI Ops Console
- `assets/screenshots/ai-ops-console-eval.png`
- Source: terminal output from `npm run check`
- Shows: lint pass, classifier eval pass, 6/6 benchmark cases

### Civic League
- `assets/screenshots/civic-league-public-report.png`
- Source: terminal output from `npm run season:public-report`
- Shows: status ready, release track, season table, readiness checks

### Projects Index
- `assets/screenshots/projects-index.png`
- Source: deployed `/projects/`
- Shows: active project cards and status surface

### DoodleOS / ShredOS
- `assets/screenshots/doodleos-shredos-preview.png`
- Source: strongest current visual/product mock
- Shows: hand-built visual-system direction

## Rules

- Prefer real terminal output over recreated mock text.
- Crop enough context to prove the artifact is real.
- Do not over-polish screenshots.
- Each screenshot should answer: “What has actually been built or tested?”
