Project / AI Ops Console

Operational notices should not become hidden risk.

AI Ops Console is a small review surface for classifying vendor notices, invoice changes, policy updates, renewals, and operational alerts before they disappear into inbox noise.

Problem

Routine messages often carry non-routine consequences.

Vendor emails, billing notices, access changes, service interruptions, and contract updates can all contain risk. The hard part is not reading one message. The hard part is reliably noticing which messages deserve review, escalation, documentation, or follow-up.

Current prototype

Classifier first. Dashboard later.

Status

Small benchmark passing. Review surface next.

Current signal

Classifier benchmark

The current benchmark is intentionally small, but it is now a real artifact from the repo. The useful next step is expanding real-world cases and making overrides visible enough to improve the system.

next-build.txt

next:
- input panel
- result card
- rationale view
- accept / override
- local report view

The next product surface is a review console, not a larger model.

constraint.txt

avoid:
- fake automation
- unclear escalation
- dashboard sprawl
- hiding model uncertainty

The tool should reduce review burden without pretending judgment disappeared.

Potential buyers / users

Small teams with too much operational noise.

Finance and ops teams

Invoice changes, renewal notices, vendor changes, billing updates, banking notices, and workflow interruptions.

Founder-led teams

Small teams where important operational messages are spread across inboxes, tools, and individual memory.

Template buyers

People who do not need a full app yet, but want a reusable classifier rubric, review flow, and escalation structure.

Product direction

Start as a starter kit. Earn the right to become software.

The highest benefit-to-labor version is a template, rubric, and review-loop kit first. If repeated usage proves the workflow, the app can grow around real behavior instead of assumptions.
