Human-built signal matters.

A polished site can become suspiciously generic if it has no traces of process. Metadata, working notes, eval fragments, and real constraints create trust faster than more polish.

Build smaller than the ambition.

A useful system should prove its review loop before it expands its surface area. Otherwise the interface becomes a monument to unclear thinking.

Classification is only useful if review is obvious.

The model output is not the product. The product is the operator being able to understand, override, and improve the decision path without adding more cognitive drag.

Constraint

Notes should stay small enough to keep shipping.

The point is continuity, not content volume. A good log should preserve the reason behind a decision without becoming another maintenance burden.
